Reflections 2023

Friendships.

Friends provide a unique sense of continuity and emotional support. The rekindling of old friendships this past year has unfolded into a serendipitous chapter of business partnerships. Rediscovering these connections through tea has interestingly evolved into mutually beneficial collaborations. I am extremely grateful for this shared history established over the past years that have seamlessly translated into trusted partnerships and shared purpose.

Self-Doubt and Instincts.

The journey of personal growth in the past year has been marked by the intentional act of removing self-doubt and embracing trust in my instincts. This shift in mindset, although still always in the works, has helped influenced decision-making, contributing to a more confident approach in navigating challenges. Sometimes you just have to believe in yourself.

Proactivity.

A crucial realization that unfolded in the past year is the understanding that things don't get done by themselves. Embracing and recognizing the value of hands-on effort have been pivotal in achieving our goals. Rolling up our sleeves and diving into the nitty-gritty details of our projects has not only fostered a strong work ethic but has also laid the foundation for a culture of accountability that we are going to bring forth to 2024.

Love and Support.

Looking back on the past year, I just want to say a big thank you for all the love and support. Whether it's been family and friends, the encouragement has been my bedrock. The kind words, gestures, and just being present have brightened the tough times and tripled the joy in the good ones. I'm truly grateful. As we move into the new year, I carry this appreciation forward with me.

With Love,
